MAKE SOMETHING DELICIOUS

Method

  1. Rinse the watermelon rind under running water and scrub it before cutting, so no dirt is carried onto the fruit. Cut the melon into cubes, discarding the rind, and freeze the cubes in a single layer until solid.

  2. Put the yogurt, lime juice and honey in the blender first, then add the frozen watermelon and the mint.

  3. Blend on high for about 1 minute, stopping to push the fruit down, until thick and slushy. If the blender struggles, add the cold water a tablespoon at a time.

  4. Pour into two glasses and serve right away, with a spoon and a straw.

From the kitchen

Contains milk. The slush melts quickly, so drink it right away. Freezing time for the watermelon is not included in the time above. Drink it fresh; refrigerate any leftovers within 2 hours and stir or shake before drinking.
